Notes
Notre Dame. Overall this was a great team performance and I think individually a pretty good one. Ended up 2nd to Clemson in the Gold race, it was like a whole different team than at ISU. We have really built some great momentum and just need to continue it for the rest of the season. I was our sixth guy and just need to work on closing that gap to our 5 man. Would have been a pr for 8k.
Part 1 - Not very good as I got buried in the field and just made more work for myself. Didn't panic but will focus on this at Oshkosh.
Part 2 - I think I had a great part two where I continued to move up and engage while finding my pace. Maybe could have moved a little bit more up to the guys here.
Part 3 - Also I think this was good as I continued to move up and pass people instead of getting passed. Got decently close to Ken near the 3.5 mile and should have just taken a few quick steps to get up to him all the way.
Part 4 - Not great as I made a dumb move with a half mile to go into the wind but this will come.
