Four Lakes. Did a steady state run as Al wanted the freshman to take it a little easier today. Then carlitos and I did 6 hills which was the most I've done before and I could feel the difference for sure. On the way back we tempoed at about 5:40 til we got stuck at the second light. After the light we continued to pick it up til our last mile was 5:08. Overall felt solid on this workout, I could definitely feel the overall volume on the way back.
