Notes

This sucked. Woke up at 5:45 and started running at 6 am after not getting very much sleep the night before. Ran 20 mins over to the UCC track and then took about 10 mins to set up the hurdles/drills/strides. 6xmile with 400 jog rest. The 2nd and 4th miles were with 5 barriers per lap to simulate the steeple. Decided just to keep the 6th rep a flat mile. Ended up averaging 5:10 for all of these which was pretty slow for what I was hoping to do. Can't really point to one thing that made this workout go shitty really but it just wasn't a good one overall. If anything I just wasn't that focused on the actual workout itself. Hurdling was good for some and bad for others, but it was good to get a better feel for the outdoor season. Just put the head down and got through this one. 20 min cool down back to my brothers apartment.
