Notes
First four lakes of the season. Ran the tempo in like 26:30 and only dropped off a little bit in the last mile because I didn't want to get ahead of the workout. 6 hills which were tough as I would have liked to go a little easier on the rest but it was fine. Basically did the fartlek by myself but I was still moving a good amount so Ken, Carlitos, and Plank were killing it today. Felt okay today but not great, need to get more sleep. Overall a really good workout.
