Notes

Solo long run at home. Had to coach a 5k this morning so I couldn't start til 10. Legs were super sore and right from the race so the first couple of miles were a little rough. At 2.5 miles stopped to shit. Temperature started to rise and I was feeling really dehydrated so about 70 mins in grabbed some water from a random little hotdog stand and GU'ed up. From here I picked it up to be right around 6:20 for the remainder of the run. With 10 mins to go I was feeling the lack of sugar and that wasn't fun. One of those runs where it really hurt during but after I felt great that I did it.
