5k in Nashville. 4:57-5:03-4:51-4:47 (last little bit). Solid day. Was humid out and there were some hills but temp was in the mid 70's. Some dude was leading for the first 3/4 of a mile ahead of me but then from there I was solo. Felt really good and never really had that hurting feeling. Probably the effort of a hard tempo. Took the W and that was that.
