Morning ride with nolan and skyler from nequa. Another perfect plainfield day with no wind and not too much heat. Got after it some with nolan wanting to go fast. Pushed real hard on 1 hill segment and that hurt alot. Oof. Another day with lots of sweat so that vented helmet is going to come in handy soon. Ordered a new bike commute bag too
