Notes

Ran with Brendan this morning for a change. He is pretty out of shape so the first 5 miles were slow (36:05) and then I dropped him off to add on. Closed the last mile with some hard strides to open up before Bix tomorrow. Felt pretty good. Stretching, rolling, and BHR when I got home.
