Long Run Fartlek 6 x 3,2,1 w/ 1 min rest between reps and 2 min between sets

8 mi easy to start. Started the workout at 55 mins. Ons were ~5:20 pace avg. Offs were ~6:15 avg. Felt really good. Practice nutrition and it was good.
