Notes

Fartlek workout with Gabe and Jake. Plan was 2-3-4-3-2-3-4-3-2 with 1 min rest. Jogged over to cress crik for this from gabes. Felt really good through the first 3 min but then had a shit hit me hard for the 4 min and had to stop post rep. Rest of the workout was solo cause the other guys kept chugging. This got a lot harder than I thought by the end but in a good way. Ons were like 5:20ish pace give or take
