Notes

We ran the Monday Cross tempo route and just didn't turn at Loomis and went back to the school. Hung with Plank until the uphill part but stayed decently close until we turned off of hillside. Almost fell down at that point when I looked how far back the next group was like a greed cause I want trying to get caught. Definitely pushed myself to upper level aerobic on this.
