Great long run with the other freshman boys....and Jake. Sven even decided to join us this morning. Felt good for the first 7 when we took a water pit stop. Right when we started back up, actually got to see a full moon. Starting moving a lot at about mile 10 and dropped some 5:40s with Jake. Overall solid run and WWS sucks.
