Notes

Decided to run a two mile where I start easy and then made a hard part 3 move. First mile was 4:58 and then I moved the next 800 in 2:18. Ended up closing in 4:41 for the second. Felt pretty smooth and good during this, hurt a good bit on the last lap but that was the goal.
