Beutiful night out for a run. Planned on doing a progression run by splitting a 10 into 2 halves. The first 5 I just stayed super easy, ran to O'Brien and did 2 loops in 31:33 (6:19). Once I got to where I knew the second half started I just made a small move to increase the pace. Ran the next 5 in 28:14 (5:39) and basically kept the same pace throughout. The second 5 felt pretty smooth and still pretty much aerobic. It definitely wasn't near a tempo effort but still a good effort. "Cooled down" with a 6:15 around my neighborhood to wrap it up.
