Notes

First workout of the summer with Root, Travis, Mitch, and Ben. 20 min warm up at like 6:15 pace. 8x2 min on 1 off. Ons were like 5:00-5:15 pace and offs around 5:50. Easy cool down back down Washington. It was pretty hot but got used to it as we went. Felt pretty good but this definitely hurt. Great way to start the summer workout wise.
