7x 5 min on, 1 min off w/ jaskie and letz. ran again at hidden lake which sucked since its a 1 mile loop with no shade. ons were 5:20-5:30 pace for the most part and we traded leads well. got real freaking hot throughout and was starting to get the over heating feeling by the end. happy with the effort and now time to recover
