Notes

Started at 8 and it was already a heat index of like 85 and it got pretty hot by the end of this. Ran a 1.4 mile warm up (9:00, 6:26) before starting 10x2 min on, 1 min off. Not a super hard workout but still a good one. Ended up going 5.35 miles (31:00, 5:48) during the actual fartlek part. Hit the first couple on's too hard and the 9th and 10th ones were a little harder than they should have been. One rest was 2 min just because I lost focus. An okay overall workout for being on the way back from the injury. Cooled down 1.35 miles (9:19, 6:55) back to my house. Lots of stretching and rolling after, especially my calves which were tight.
