Notes

Blackwell. We all stayed together and ran the tempo in like 25:20, we started pretty slow and built into it. I felt really good and in control on the tempo today. 6 hills and I just made sure to really tap into the feeling and beat it. Felt shitty on the fartlek so just tried to stay smooth. Overall another really good workout and keeping the momentum going.
