Notes

Huffman tempo with Nate and Ethan. 3 mile warm up in 19 mins, 5 no tempo in 25:49 (8 loops, 9 hills), and 3 mi cool down in 20 mins. Solid workout overall and felt pretty good. Had to poop from the 7th hill on pretty bad. Had Cageman after so that will come back with a vengeance.
