Notes

Huffman loops since I wont get a chance to do hills too much this outdoor season with the steeple workouts on Wednesday. Same 8 loop and 9th hill workout. Attacked this tempo from the start and thought I kept about the same pace. If anything my 5th and 6th loops were slower before I picked it back up. Felt pretty good throughout this, good strength workout.
