Modaff Tempo. We just did regular Modaff and then a longer fartlek to get a couple more faster pick ups in today. The first two miles were 7:02 and 6:12 apparently so we started slow and then it was pretty icy too for the start. That means for the 3.85 that was actually a tempo I averaged 5:16 pace which is solid. Ran with Omar the whole time, big bro/little bro style.
