Notes

Did a longer tempo today as my workout for the week. Ran the regular Huffman tempo (3.7 miles) with the others guys that were doing hills today. Just worked on staying smooth the whole time during that part. Then I continued to tempo through straight to the hill instead of stopping. Did 5 loops with a 6th hill, the hills were tough and made me increasingly tired but it was good. Once I got to the top of the last hill, I ran North Ave to Brainard to finish right at the Res door. Happy with the effort for a longer tempo that also incorporated a good amount of hills. Felt pretty strong throughout, mainly focused on breathing and staying engaged mentally.
