This is by far the fastest and best I've ever run at the park, and after a pretty quick tempo. Made sure to practice part 1 with the start and just worked on staying smooth/relaxed and controlling my breathing. Overall felt great until the last lap of the last one but just grinded it out. Best park workout I've had overall at NCC, need to keep the momentum rolling.
