Notes

Anotha' one. The tempo was building and we actually got going pretty quick at the end I think but once again no one had a watch so I don't really know. I felt super good and fluid on the tempo but had a little too much clothes on so that was a tee bit uncomfortable. On the hills I ended up running solo for the last 4 of them and felt great, just focused on form. Fatlek was spicy and peanuts watch said he averaged 5:25 for the whol thing so those ons were getting after it. Overall I felt great again which has been the case for about the last 3-4 workouts so now just need to take that into the races.
