Notes

20X400 with Ken, about 20 sec jog rest. Overall a tougher workout than I had at first expected. We did them on the indoor track since the outdoor one was locked up. Felt pretty good through 8 and not too bad through 12. From there I just took it one set at a time to finish. Got a nasty blister on the bottom of my left foot.
