alumni long race. another yr in the jv race for me and probably only shouldve done like 5-6 miles. made a move through herrick to try and bait the guys to catch nolan and zach, no luck. miles 5-13 right at or under 6 min pace, that hurt. hip hurt a good amount after like mile 8 but had already made my bed. add in the heat and humidity and this really was not fun. did snag the jv bronze with chase getting 4th for the old boys. alums looked good in the 2 hr race as well going 1-2-3-5
