Nationals Pre-lim. 2nd so auto bid to finals. Got off the line well and ended up sitting right off the leaders shoulder for the first 2ish laps. We went around 75's i think. Accelerated into the barriers really well. He started slowing down so i passed him and took the lead. Dropped 3 73's and I was solo from the field. Race got really strung out so knew I had it. Started stepping the barriers on purpose with 600 to go so to stay on the feet. Shut it down with a lap to go and cruised a 78. Got the job done and now look to Saturday. Depauw kid kicked and celebrated...congrats bud
