Notes

Started this morning at 5:45. Ran the two miles real easy as a warm up and then did some strides/drills. For the actual tempo I just made sure to build into it and started probably too conservatively. Felt good the whole time and kept a pace that was solid but at the same time smooth. Happy with this. Time to move in.
