Medium Modaff. Root said the first mile was 5:30 so it was a pretty quick start. I got too ambitious on the early part of the tempo and paid for it later as I was struggling near the end of the tempo. Argeni and I were death marching together so that helped. A lot more strained than I would have wanted but ended up solid.
