Longest run since the winter and it was painful. We had a nice big horse race at Denada where Long Schlong was the victor. Root, Ken, and I were gonna go 2 hrs but still solid. We were moving the whole way out and then slowed a little at the turnaround until we got going again. Rode the pain train for most of Washington and the part of Duck that we added. Took a GU for the first time and not sure if it helped much. Glad to get it in and over with.
