Notes

We started super chill with a like 6:45 first mile and then just progressed to the half way point. First 5 miles was in 31:30 and it was good. On the turn and burn everybody made a pretty big move so I stayed a couple seconds off the main pack. I slowly caught up to a lot of the guys and just tried to progress the whole time. I ran the second half in 26:46 (5:22 avg) which I was super happy about. I was right at my upper level areobic level and just tried to focus on staying smooth. Great workout overall.
