Great morning ride with Trev and Sliq from the brook. Did the Krema loop with a short break for a coffee. Love being out in plainfield area. Legs were decent after the rest of last week off. Def was dealing with the mental reality of not running for a bit as Im 95% sure I have a labrum tear of some kind. Going to really work this week to reset things and ride most if not all days
