Notes

Modaff. Tried opening up a little faster like I was doing towards the end of the winter. Felt comfortable through 3 miles and was getting going. After getting stopped at the light, I felt my whole stomach cramp up and then I had to stop at 3.5 miles and start puking. Puked a decent amount. Got going again but still a stomach that was completely cramped and I was dry heaving. Finished the tempo and then Puked again after a few mins. Just ran it in instead of fartleking cause felt like shit. Ate lunch late so that was probably it but still frustraing. Just seems like I can't catch a break and get a solid workout in.
