3x2 mile with 3/4 mile Jog rest (also would take about a min after the jog). Ran this in the Grove around my neighborhood. Started the first 1/4 mile of the first one with Beaver who was doing 1/2 Miles. That first one ended up being a lot faster than I wanted as I was hoping to progress the workout. Second one was a little windy and hurt a decent amount after the fast first one. On the third one I just made sure to focus on form and dig to finish the workout. Overall felt pretty strong as I was doing these and I was solo except that first part. The loop I ran was flat with some helpful downhill. Anytime I starting hurting I just thought about that feeling after nationals and I was able to keep going, won't be forgetting that for a long time. Good first workout of D term.
