1st workout back in a while. did 2 mi wu, 4x2 on, 1 off, 15 min tempo, and 1 mi cd. ons were right about 5 min pace and then averaged like 5:25-5:30 on the tempo. felt pretty strong on this and worked well with pat and chris. got toasty by the end. only complaint was this was done on a 1 mi loop loop which was atleast crushed limestone
