I was dressed warm from running 3.1 with Angela. Wanted to get in just a few miles more. Ran the last mile aroun GHMP. It didnt feel as comfortable as I would have liked but I have been taking it easy the last week. Will have to keep evaluating as we go. This months HM at 1:41 in heat conditions should dictate at least a 7:25 pace for Monumental.
