Almost two weeks after injury and I am back for a 5 miler today. No pain or soreness to report which makes me very happy, but my HR is up for my avg pace which I have to accept as a loss of fitness. I need to get a good bicycle as I find that bicycling is a good recovery device and I would like to take it up for active recovery on non running days.
