Cool down - 25+ minutes w/ Sam and Ariel
Notes: Sam stayed close on me through 1.5 miles. Knowing he was a distance guy, I let off the gas and let him lead the next mile. Nice kick w/ 600 to go to take the win. Ended up beating Sam by 6 seconds. Course was definitely long and it was humid. All in all I am happy I won and more importantly got the festival tickets.
