Dynamic Stretches - 26:30 warm-up - 10 x 1 minute on (5:00 - 5:20 per mile) w/ 1 minute recovery jog - 30:42 cool down
Solid workout w/ Carmen...pace varied (5:00-5:20) based on terrain...overall consistent. Her hip seems OKAY. She wore lightweight trainers. I wore 2170s (clunkers).
Too much mileage for me on the day w/ cutback week.
