a very very good run! to margaret island, around, and then down the danube on the buda side. first 2 and last 2 with ben!
trampoline break was high quality. so fun.
rain & some wind kept it interesting out there and motivated me to run faster i think. felt very strong at the end, fastest i've ever ended a long run! this bodes very well for my training
