how are you measuring how "good" you are at workouts?

I'm assuming you are gauging it off how other people fair in the workout compared to you. Yeah, Chloe and Lily ran like 6:12/6:15 for the last one? I'd say when you're feeling good it's indicative of Oberlin + maybe a bit more. Perhaps Oberlin was an expected performance whereas conference was sub-par.

Excited for track. I think it'll be good for performance-tracking.
