fell behind everyone on the 1000. was really tired when i got to practice (perhaps exhausted from the weekend, sleep schedule was shifted on sunday night). got a headache and stomach felt uneasy during the workout, not really sure where that came from. just felt kind of weak and uneasy for the rest of the evening and went to bed before 9pm, slept over 10 hours hoping to ward off whatever it was
