great race! perfect morning for a 10k and nice down week leading up to it. ran controlled and confident. first 5k was 20:49 (6:42/mile pace, 1:40-1:41 per lap) and second 5k was 20:32 (6:37/mile pace, 1:38-1:39 per lap). really happy with how I ran this only thing I would've changed is sticking with the otterbein girl when she passed me with about 6 laps to go. this race also made me excited for conference! goal will be to break 41
