warm up, 8x 2 min hard, 1 min easy, cool down
hr 170-180 on the hard intervals
I think i'll be incorporating more cross training this week and next to be cautious that the shin doesn't get worse. Talked to Mark about it today (he said my calves seem really tight so that could be adding pressure) and seeing liz tomorrow but I don't think there's too much reason to be concerned. the pain isn't pinpointed in one area yet which is good.
