chill long run - took it easy recovery and calves felt better later in the day. didn't try to speed up or anything, HR was lower and more consistent throughout. ran on soft trail wherever possible and saw the tracksmith groups out there- maybe i'll long run with them one day. still wearing the calf sleeve because it seems to help. starting ben's training plan tmrw
