distance run with 8 x 10 second hill sprints
low on sleep the past 2 nights, so felt that a bit
first mile was a lie, was jogging and gps said i ran a sub 3 min 800. would guess first mile was around 8:45-50
finally when we hit 80 degrees i saw some people out in sports bras- was starting to think that wasn't an accepted thing here
