Notes

Best workout in several weeks. Ran half mile intervals (couple of meters longer than 800 meters) alternated with 4 minute jog/recovery. Felt a bit tired running 5 and 6, but was able to maintain pace with minimal increase in effort.

Felt strong, comfortable and in control for all six of the intervals. Hard workout but consistent effort start to finish.
