mile intervals
Notes: Started out to be 3 mile tempo run but bonked after one mile -- probably cuz of not enuf sleep, warmer than expected temps and trying to run tempo pace immediately and not increasing pace gradually. ran 3 invidual miles with walk breaks in between. Finally, felt comfortable for last 0.6 of 3rd mile & then for 0.87 run home (by then sun was down and it was cooler) Splits (not including time of walk breaks): 1st mile: 9:23.39; 2nd: 9:34.82; 3rd: 9:37.27; last fraction @ 9:36 pace
