Another solid run. Warm up was relaxed and consistent. Fartlek went really well. Felt good on all of the hard 2 minute segments. The 3 minute recovery segments were steady & by the end of each was ready to resume the hard segments. The hard segments had consistent speed and turnover. Cool down felt good & my legs felt better at the end of the 7 miles than they did at the start of the run. Pedestals with lifts x 2, Cannonball routine, & leg circuit #1 after the run.
