Notes

Another steady run at very easy effort/pace. Still a little twinge in the right hip/hamstring area, but felt much better than yesterday & no recurrent of any soreness/discomfort/pain in the glute area either while running or at a full stretch.

Pedestals x 2 (50 seconds) & Myrtl routine after the run.
